What we collect
When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you generate an SOP we record which of your brains you selected, the procedure title and scope you entered, and the runbook produced (its steps, roles, and a citation pointer to the brain page each step came from). As you operate a runbook we also store its runs and per-step check-off state.
What we don't collect
We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share, or resell anything you generate. Every runbook and run belongs to the account that made it.
Where data lives
Application data (SOPs, steps, runs, check-off state, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com — Runbook Studio reads it at generation time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources. CSV and DOCX exports are generated on demand and never stored.
Payments
Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.
Your brain content
SOPs are generated only from the brains you own and select, fetched through Ounie's API with your own session — Runbook Studio can never see anyone else's brain, and never stores your sources. Deleting a runbook deletes its steps and runs; your brain on ounie.com is untouched.
Deletion
To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
