The service
Runbook Studio ("we", "us") composes standard operating procedures and runbooks from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and lets you execute them as checkable runs with a review clock. You ("you", "the customer") pay per SOP generated at the rate published on our pricing page.
Acceptable use
You may only generate SOPs from brains your Ounie account can access. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated runbooks inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; the procedures you follow, and their outcomes, are your responsibility — review before you run.
Account & billing
There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 5 credits per SOP generated and 5 credits per full regeneration, reserved when the work starts and settled on success. If your selected brain(s) don't cover the topic, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Starting runs, checking steps off, marking an SOP reviewed, editing, and CSV/DOCX export are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.
No warranty of accuracy
SOPs are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not certified procedures. We do not warrant that any runbook is complete, current, or fit for a particular operation. You are responsible for reviewing every step — especially in safety, security, and compliance contexts — before running it. The "last verified" stamp reflects when you last marked it reviewed, not an independent audit.
Refunds
Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged when your brain doesn't cover the requested procedure. For anything else, open a support ticket.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a procedure you ran.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
